Shipping
1. Order Acceptance & Processing
- All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Survive Sport.
- Survive Sport reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization and verification.
- Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Survive Sport shall not be liable for delays resulting from payment authorization issues, verification requirements, or stock discrepancies.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Survive Sport reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and delivery method unless otherwise agreed in writing. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery time estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery periods:
- Accra: 1–3 business days
- Other Regions in Ghana: 2–5 business days
- International Orders (if applicable): 7–14 business days or longer, depending on customs clearance
Survive Sport shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service interruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Acts of government authorities
- Natural disasters, strikes, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control
Delivery dates are estimates only and shall not form the basis of any claim for damages or cancellation.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, weight, size, and shipping method.
Survive Sport reserves the right to adjust shipping fees in the event of calculation errors or additional courier surcharges. Customers will be notified before shipment if additional fees apply.
5. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
All products purchased from Survive Sport are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
- Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the courier or shipping provider.
- Survive Sport shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after transfer to the courier.
Customers must file claims directly with the courier service where applicable.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to receive delivery
- Refusal to accept delivery
The customer shall be responsible for:
- Re-shipping costs
- Storage fees (if applicable)
- Any additional handling charges
Refunds for unclaimed packages may be subject to the deduction of shipping and administrative costs.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations (International Orders)
For international orders:
- The customer is deemed the Importer of Record.
- The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the product can be legally imported into the destination country.
- All customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, fines, penalties, or additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Survive Sport makes no representation regarding the legality of any product in the destination country and shall not be liable for confiscation, delay, or destruction of goods by customs authorities.
8. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Claims for:
- Damaged goods
- Missing items
- Incorrect products
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods as delivered.
9. Partial Shipments
Survive Sport reserves the right to ship orders in multiple installments where necessary. Additional shipping charges will not apply unless otherwise stated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Survive Sport’s liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the affected product.
Survive Sport shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Loss resulting from delivery delays
11. Policy Modifications
Survive Sport reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the Website at the time of purchase shall apply.
